Capital Canyon Funding - Beware

I completed a signing for Canyon Capital Fuding (Tustin,CA) in October 2006 and the agreement was full fee to be paid regardless of no-sign or not funding. The loan did not fund and I was only paid half of the fee. The LO, Chip Esajian, said he would pay the difference out of his own pocket, to keep his word, but that has not happened. |

As promised, Chip Esajian did pay for the signing (and an additional amount for my troubles) last year. Thank you. |
