Report Deadbeat Companies to the IRS for Tax Fraud

I’ll bet the deadbeat SS’s are getting (for example) $200 from the TC, paying the Notary a signing fee of $100 (or less)....stiffing the Notary COMPLETELY and reporting on their taxes that they paid the Notary $100 (or less) when in fact they didn’t pay the Notary a dime. That’s a big no-no to the IRS and I’m sure they’d want to know who’s doing that. That is tax fraud. The people that run deadbeat companies deserve to be audited, fined and jailed. I’m satisfied with that result even if I don’t get the monies owed me. |

That is a good idea. I will probably get battered for making this statement but… who is to say for sure that the Signing Service got their dues. Therefore with what are they supposed to pay us. I am glad that amount I was owed from Signing Services was app. $350.00 . There were times that I had been owed more than 1000.00 from the Signing Services. |
