Bad Signing Companies

On Notary Cafe you can go to the complaint board. You can then view all posts from Notary Signing Agents that are not getting what is due to them. There is also a site called Notary BeWare.com both have lots of info, bad experiences and with which company. Just remember if you are signing up with a signing service that you want to read the contract before you sign. They should have listed their pay schedule and their fee paid for no show and no signs. Some are 45-60 days so do not get mad and spiteful until the time they stated in the contract that you signed has lapsed. |

Great Post, Maureen, and so true! I also suggest that everyone start their own, personal “No No List” (as they used to be called) since one person’s experiences with a company are not necessarily others too! I’ve read about horrible companies that I’ve had great luck with and have had bad experiences with companies that others love – go figure!? Regards, Kelly Robertosn, www.LoanSigner101.com |

I always hear other notaries complain about not getting paid or it taking months. Mobile Austin Notary has a 100% paid accounts receivable to date (keeping my fingers crossed) and the longest invoice to get paid was 3 weeks for any client nationwide. |
