I’ve been a notary signing agent for three years working out of Sunny Florida, I’ve closed over 500 loans some examples are; Refinance, New Sales, HELOC and I am certified as a Reverse Mortgage Closer. I will travel to wherever the signing needs to take place: in the office, borrower’s home/office or an agreed upon location. All agencies are kept current of the status of the signing from receipt of the signing order to the completion of the signing via email. I will have all work (Closing Packages, Loan documents, Legal Documents, etc.) completed accurately and returned on time.
