I have been executing loan documents for 5 years and have a Signing Agent Certification with the National Notary Association and 123Notary.com. I know that doesn’t set me apart from most Signing Agents, but what does is my commitment to professionalism and detail whenever I appear before a borrower on behalf of a Lender, Title Company or Broker. My goal is to provide the borrower with a stress free, non-rushed signing session and deliver back to you a properly signed and notarized loan document package on time and done right the first time.
