I am an experienced certified signing agent since 2010, in New York serving Nassau, Suffolk and Queens County. I have closed over 6,000 files. I have closed for all the major lenders: Chase, Citi, BOA, TD, Title Signing Companies and bank attorney’s. I have closed Refi’s, NYS CEMA’s, equity loans, purchases and reverse mortgages. Prior to becoming a notary I had a background in the mortgage field. I worked for a mortgage banker for 15 years, as the manager of Secondary Marketing. I sold all the loans we closed to investors (Chase, Wells Fargo and BOA). Reviewed all legal doc’s, register the loans on MERS and paid down our warehouse line. I also put all notes on the warehouse line and order them sent to the investors, once I sold them.
