My rates will vary according to distance traveled beyond fifty miles. E-document fee of $25 will be applied for all printed out documents, as well as for canceled appointments AFTER documents are printed.

My process: Accept appointments; Receive e-mail order conformation; Call borrower for appointment time, and place; e-mail conformation contact has been accomplished; Confirm by e-mail receipt of documents, and when printed; Documents are printed off a duel try laser; Call, fax, or e-mail to confirm completion of signing with tracking information.
