I’m an LSS and NNA certified loan signing agent. Unlike many notaries, I understand the importance of conducting a perfect signing.

Rather than shove the documents in front of the borrowers and tell them to sign, I walk borrowers through the loan documents thoroughly, efficiently, and professionally. I am educated and can answer questions your borrower may have. When working with me, borrowers feel comfortable with all of the closing documents and fill them out completely and perfectly.

I understand that you need loan documents back immediately. I will drop them off after the signing is complete during business hours or first thing the next morning.
