Signature Fees For taking an acknowledgment, first signature of each signer $5.00
For each additional signature of each signer $2.50For a jurat, for each signature on the affidavit $5.00
Travel Fee Between the hours of 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. $10/hr Between the hours of 7 p.m. and 6 a.m. (2 hour minimum) $25/hr Travel fee starts when I leave to go to the signing and ends when I return from the signing. It is in addition to the Signature Fee, must be agreed to in advance, and is not required by law. This fee is due if person requesting notarial act cancels while I am en route, or if I am unable to perform the requested notarial act as a result of the actions of the person who requested the notarial act or any other person who is necessary for the performance of the notarial act.
