I have been a mobile notary for 16 years. I’m bonded and insured and am an NNA certified Signing Agent. My services cover 120 mile radius of Billings, MT. I’m versed in refinance mortgages, helocs, purchases, lines of credit, E-signings, loan modifications, piggy back loans. My base fee is $ 65.00 for local Yellowstone county and other counties and cities that I cover are available for additional fees. I am able to receive email documents with a laser printer and I am available from 4 pm - 9 pm Mon - Friday and Sat/Sun 10 am - 9 pm.
