I have been doing signings since 1996. I am a licensed Missouri Real Estate Broker and know all the docs. I recently started doing reverse mortgages. I have E & O insurance. I have two laser printers and can scan and email or I can fax documents back. I am very flexible because of being an active real estate agent. My sister is also a notary signing agent and we back each other up in case of an emergency. I work in the area between Springfield and Joplin in Southwest Missouri. Lawrence, Dade and Barry Counties are the closest. Greene and Jasper is in my area also.
