I am a Certified Notary Signing Agent, previously a banker for 20 years, closing Mortgages as well as Installment and Commercial Loans. I am now self employed as a signing agent, doing this job full time. I’m available 24/6. (I have to do laundry sometime :) I service Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough Counties here in Florida. Being a picky pain in the neck when it comes to signings, has proven to be a plus for me, because I have not had one loan not funded due to my error. :)
