Karla Stevens

I’ve been a notary public for 10 plus years and focus mainly as a signing agent for title companies, lenders, and signing services. I have signed more than 8000 loans and have worked with many lenders, title companies, etc. I truly believe our role in closings as a partnership, between the lenders and title and the borrowers. I strive to complete signings in a professional way, and ensure all borrowers have a full understanding of their loan package.

As a notary, I am available for general notary work for the public. If you need documents notarized, my schedule is flexible and can accomodate most requests.

I generally am available from 9 am to 6 pm, and in the mornings on weekends. I’m happy to help and facilitate your closings and document notarizations.
