I have experience doing all types of loan signings such as: home improvemenet loans, HELOC’S, first and second mortgages, refinances, FHA’s, VA’s, CEMA’s, construction loans, loan modifications, reverse mortgages and new purchases.

I have over two years of experience as a Signing Agent. Also, I have been certified and passed a background screening with the National Notary Association.
