At TheNotarySpot, we specialize in mortgage closings. We work with over 200 national and local title companies and we have experience with all types loan transactions including purchases, refinances home equity lines and reverse mortgages. We also have facilities available for Texas cash outs in the Corpus Christi area. We are available twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.
All of our notaries have NNA Background screening and are NNA NSA certified. We also carry a $500,000 E&O policy.
Our office systems include HP commercial grade laser printers, dual tray HP 9050’s and HP 4200’s. We also have Epson GT-S80 scanners for rapid transmission of critical documents to the lender or title company.
