I have over 7 years in the mortgage industry and I worked for an escrow company as the signing coordinator supervisor, so assisting in signing loan documents are one of my strengths. I understand the process and am very familiar with loan documents, unlike many other notaries who do not know the difference in the documents they are notarizing, or signing. I will do home visits, coordinating the time and day that is convenient for the client. I know how to do split signings, where 2 signers are located in different places. I’m willing to drive up to 1.5 hours for a signing.
