I think signing/notary does a unsung service in the communities in which they serve. In most cases a loan company cannot physically sit down with that client. We act as the middle man to finish the work needed to be done. And on the other hand, when a client is in a bind we come through in a pinch to take care of their most important documents. That’s why I think my line of work stands out.
