Fees for Loan Document Signing Services**:
$150- Signing for 1st (purchase, refinance, etc) $25- Additional for the 2nd $75 – Signing for 2nd only $20 - Printing E-docs (per set, including copy for Borrower)
Travel Fee is negotiable
