Hello, my name is Paula Piazzese. I am a New Mexico-commissioned Notary Public working as a full time Mobile Notary and Certified Notary Signing Agent.
I provide both General Notary and Notary Loan Signing services; I have been a Notary Public since 1998 and have completed several hundred signings - 99% error free.
I am very experienced with 1st and 2nd mortgages, conventional loans, refinances, ARMs, VA Loans/Refinances, HELOC, SBA Loans, and Reverse Mortgages, modifications, Deeds, Structured Settlements, Power of Attorney, wills, and other general docs requiring a notary.
I can quickly service the towns of Rio Rancho, Bernalillo, Corrales, and Placitas.
My Office Hours are 1:00PM-10:00PM Mon-Sat. I can be available Sundays, holidays and off-hours by appointment, and for an after hour fee.
