I have specialized in Mortgage Signings since 1996 and I have been a Commissioned Abstractor since 2004. I have performed 7,500 signings since 1996. I am experienced with Residential Mortgages, Commercial Mortgages, HELOC’s, Modification Agreements, Buyer/Seller Packages and Reverse Mortgages. I completed the National Notary Association Notary Signing Agent Recertification and Background Screening for 2016-2017.
