I am a notary public in and for the State of Iowa.

I am able to meet with you in my office from 7 AM to 4 PM Central Time, Monday through Friday. All other times, seven days a week, by appointment only.

I am able to notarize the following types of documents:

Acknowledgements (Individual Capacity).
Acknowledgements (Representative Capacity).
Proofs.
Administer Oaths and Affirmations.
Certified / Attested copies of documents.
Affidavits (Otherwise known as Jurats).
Execute protests.
Witness or Attest signatures.
And all other documents permissible by Iowa State law.

The cost for notarization is $6 per signature. Additional travel fees apply. See our Web site for more information.
