Aloha, My name is Toni Cross, my company “The Velocious Notary” offering mobile notary services for greater Oahu, Honolulu County.

I am a NNA Member, NSA Certified and Background Screened. I currently hold an active real estate license with Savio Realty Ltd.

My background in real estate includes: mortgage banking, foreclosure alternatives, and residential real estate appraisal apprenticeship. Although a new notary for the state of Hawaii, I previously held a commission in Washington state for 4 years.

I have closed over 600 orders in the previous years including: refinances, reverse mortgage loans, seller and buyer documents, health care directives, auto purchases, business inspections,POA’s, settlements and other types of related documents.
