I am authorized by the State of Virginia to
• acknowledge signatures
• administer oaths
• and certify copies (excluding documents in governmental custody, e.g., birth certificates, death certificates, etc.)

I am also a Certified Real Estate Loan Document Signing Agent since 2014.

My Signing Agent duties include but not limited to;
• Print and prepare loan documents.
• Review closing documents for accuracy in personal and legal information.
• Organized lender loan documents in preferred order and copied for physical presentation.
• Described closing documents and obtained signatures.
• Notarized loan documents and other legal documents.
