I have experience with purchases, refinances, sales of property, 1st and 2nd sets of loan docs and multiple other documents. I sign for several title companies and have learned that different companies expect different things so I have become a very thorough notary. I have a laser printer and a fax machine.
I accept fax, electronic, or overnight documents. Will travel thruout county and into neighboring counties if prior arrangements have been made to have enough time to travel.
I have been background checked in compliance with many loan companies. Please leave a message as cell service has many dead spots in area. Klickitat county is a rural county with limited services. FED-EX picks up at noon on week days at a drop box location. Week-end service ISN’T available.
