I have performed 150+ direct signings with Title companies. Having just joined Snapdocs, I am eager to build up a large number of Snapdocs signings. I obtained a JD (Juris Doctorate), and I was involved in the real estate profession for close to 20 yrs. I am not an attorney and do not give legal advice, however, I have worked in the legal field and real estate for many years. My experience as a Realtor and working in the legal field has given me an unsurpassed familiarity with loan docs. I ensure that the borrower has a great signing experience and correctly fills out all of the forms. I make sure the PCOR, Notice of Right to Cancel, 1003, and all major docs are all filled out completely and signed/dated properly, never missing signatures, dates or initials. I turn what can be a stressful event into a pleasant and friendly experience. In addition to my credentials listed in my profile, I am also a Certified Signing Agent Expert, through the Loan Signing System. I can work with attorneys and laypeople alike. I am available 25/7
